Gracegift is a fashion brand in Taiwan that was established in 2004.
They focus on chic and feminine styles that include, shoes, clothing, bags, and more. Their shoes run in EUR sizes, so please refer to their sizing chart for help with what size to order.
Their first Sailor Moon Crystal collection was in 2018, and they’e had many Sailor Moon Crystal Collections since.
✦ Does GraceGift ship to the USA & other countries?
Yes!
GraceGift ships to the USA as well as other countries using the carrier DHL. They ship worldwide.
They do not accept returns or exchanges for overseas orders due to the high cost of shipping. However, if your order received is damaged or defective you can contact their customer service within 7 days of purchased.
✦ How do I use GraceGift’s website?
You’ll need to sign up for an account to place an order.
Note: They only accept payment by credit card and Line Pay.
You can change the language to English through the top left corner, as seen in the below image.
We’ll walk you through the process.
Add items you want to buy to your cart. When you’re ready to check out, change the delivery area to “oversea” and your country below it. You can choose to pay by credit card or line pay. They do not accept PayPal.
Prices are in TWD (New Taiwan Dollar), and are automatically changed to your own currency by your credit card.
You can web search “TWD = ___ in USD” to get an idea of what the exchange rate is in U.S. Dollar (USD) or another currency before committing to an order.
Your credit card provider will charge close to that rate as long as it was placed on the same day you looked up the current rate.
Click “check out” to go to the next page.
This page will have you put in your personal information – your name, phone number, address, etc.
You can checkmark the Receiver Information box as being the same as orderer to auto fill the information after.
Check mark the box at the bottom to agree to the terms and then click “confirm order.” This confirms your order before you pay.
After you click that, a white box pops up confirming you want to proceed.
Click “confirmed” only if you are ready to pay.
The next screen will have you put in your credit card info.
After that you should be done! Congratulations on your Grace Gift order.
