Classic Series: Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon

Viz Media re-dubbed the entire Sailor Moon 90s anime in 2014 and has released two different DVD & Blu-Ray sets of their dub. This is the only accurate dub available – unlike the Dic Dub, which censored many scenes, changed the Japanese names, characters, and relationships. These also include the original Japanese language track with English subtitles.

Sailor Moon Crystal is the name of the reboot Sailor Moon anime that debuted in 2014. The series followed the manga closer than the original 90s anime. It has 39 episodes over 3 seasons followed by two-part movies – Sailor Moon Eternal and Sailor Moon Cosmos which act as Season 4 and Season 5.

To date, only seasons 1-3 have been released on physical copies in North America.
