Hot Topic and Box Lunch have a great variety of Sailor Moon goods as well as other anime merch available on their online stores, but the physical shops also have some interesting items that are only available in-store. Some pins, badges and stickers are NOT listed on their website and can only be found in store, therefore we have no tangible info about them or a reliable source that lists which ones exist or update us of new releases, other than finding them ourselves or fans who let us know.
