On February 18th 2025, CyberCel announced their Ultra rare (LE of 100) card for their Sailor Moon challenge was SOLD OUT.
Today, they have announced they are releasing a new Ultra Rare card for fans that haven’t yet redeem one. It is also limited to 100 cards and fans who already redeemed the first Ultra rare, will NOT be able to redeem this one under that same account.

About the Ultra Rare Card…
There are 27 cards to collect, including one web redemption card, called a “Ultra Rare” which is limited to only 100 in the world.
You can only get this Ultra rare, by collecting 25 cards (All but the hyper rare) and uploading each of the 25 card serial numbers to their challenges page. TIP: Make sure you create a CyberCel account and you’re logged in before scanning your serial numbers.
Once all 25 serial numbers are uploaded to the challenges page, you will be able to to order the Ultra Rare card for $9.99 + tax/shipping. It ended up up being $14.89 for Ochibawolf
