During this year’s Usagi & ChibiUsa Birthday event, a few upcoming releases were teased in a slideshow
of pics and brand logos. Now we finally get a full look at the complete lineup If you’re not familiar,
Punyus is one of the few Japan-based plus-size clothing retailers, headed by famed designer
Naomi Watanabe. Naomi is a huge fan and has made a few collaborations with Sailor Moon before.
The comical chubby caricature of of Moon and ChibiMoon are actually Naomi’s own art and she
uses them as a self portrait (not as a commentary on plus size people).
