Product Details

A new collaboration between Aeon’s electronic money card “WAON” and “Sailor Moon” begins on July 1st to August 18th, 2022. These special collaboration digital cards (and one lottery only physical card) will be issued for a limited time on WAON through Apple Pay. This is a free app for Japan only.

There are 8 different digital card designs, with more Sailor Guardian designs that will be revealed in the next 7 weeks. (this post will be updated as the designs come out) The illustrations used on the cards are all drawn exclusively for WAON cards!

The Digital Cards

There will be 8 digital cards. One revealed every week.

This card can be downloaded throughout the duration of the collaboration period.

The Physical Card

✦ Waon x Sailor Moon Twitter Campaign:
A Twitter campaign/lottery will be held on July 29th 2022, and 100 people will be gifted a physical WAON card with the first card image of “Super Sailor Moon” with 5,000 e-commerce WAON points, and can be used for shopping like other WAON cards.

THIS WILL BE THE ONLY PHYSICAL CARD

Shopping Guide

These are digital cards for people who live in Japan. There will be 100 physical cards gifted by lottery in Japan and those could show up on the second hand market to be bought and collected.
